In my work as a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space, while providing clear clinical guidance to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and move forward with intention.

I work with adults, professionals, university students and older teens (15+) navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, identity concerns, and relationship challenges, and bring over seven years of experience in private practice to this work.

My approach is flexible and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, stress, and burnout, EMDR for trauma-related concerns, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) focused on relationships and emotional patterns. Sessions are purposeful, collaborative, and goal-oriented, supporting both insight and practical, real-world change.

Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, emotional healing, and a stronger, more stable inner foundation that supports everyday life and relationships.

I practice within Invivo Psychology’s psychologist-led, evidence-based model of care and work closely with the clinical team to ensure thoughtful, high-quality support for each client. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.

If you’re considering starting therapy, I invite you to reach out so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist providing evidence-based therapy for university students, early career professionals, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, and life transitions.

Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally by overthinking, persistent self-doubt, and the pressures of academic, career, or family expectations.

My work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based approaches help you understand patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, low mood, and difficult life experiences.

I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported while also gaining practical tools you can use in everyday life.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Over the past several years, I have supported students and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and academic stress.

I offer therapy in English and Mandarin, with both in-person and virtual sessions available at our Yorkville, Toronto location (at Bay subway).

For clients from immigrant or multicultural backgrounds, therapy can also be a place to explore cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity, and the experience of balancing multiple worlds.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
